Cancellation Policy

At JoJo’s Therapy Room, we understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to allow us to offer the time to other clients.

•Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, a cancellation fee  may apply.

•No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice you may be asked for a deposit on rebooking or the full fee for rebooking.

Please appreciate that no shows and last minute cancellations affect our  earnings.
